The challenge
Property search in Dubai often means scrolling long lists with little sense of location or value. Buyers and renters use both Arabic and English. Booking a viewing usually means a phone call and a wait.

Our approach
We designed the app in Flutter with full Arabic and right-to-left layouts alongside English. Listings sit on a map with prices in AED, and agents manage listings and viewings from a separate portal.

Listings appear on a map with prices in AED, so value by area is clear at a glance.

Search by view
Filter by area, price and view, such as sea, skyline or community, alongside the usual criteria.

Two-tap viewings
Pick an open slot and confirm, and the agent sees the booking straight away.

Arabic and English
Full right-to-left layouts in Arabic, with users free to switch language at any time.
