01
The challenge
Trade customers often order by phone, email or fax, and staff re-key everything into the ERP. Prices differ by customer, so a public shop does not work. Buyers also need to know what is in stock before they order.
02
Our approach
We designed a German-language portal in Next.js that reads stock and prices from SAP in real time. Orders flow straight into the ERP, and customer data is handled in line with GDPR.
- 01
Live stock
Availability comes from the ERP in real time, so buyers see what can ship today.
- 02
Customer-specific prices
Each account sees its own negotiated prices and terms after signing in.
- 03
Quick reorder
Enter article numbers or paste a list to fill the basket, or repeat a previous order.
- 04
Shipment tracking
Every order shows its delivery status and carrier tracking, with documents ready to download.
